Step 1 - Consultation

The first step in our process at Oros Home Enhancements is to meet with you in person to get a better understanding of your project. We’ll determine the best course of action as well as address any questions or concerns you may have. Let’s take this opportunity to get to know each other, discuss pricing and determine if we’re right for you!

Step 2 - Work Begins

Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we want to make sure you’re in the loop every step of the way. We’ll provide you with login credentials to our online portal, where you can log in to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests. You’ll also be able to stay on top of expenses and when your payments are due. Have any questions or concerns during the project? Easily contact us through the portal and we’ll get back to you right away.

Step 3 - Final Walkthrough

As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you once more to address any questions or concerns you may have. At this time, we’ll discuss our warranty process in case any issues arise after we leave.

Warranty Confidence Program through Oros Home Enhancements

Oros is known for our installation process:


  • Certified Installation
  • All manufacturers warranties included
  • Oros Guarantees to install products to the Best Practices recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Call or Contact Oros if you are having issues with a product we installed.


Exclusions:


  • In cases of natural disasters or vandalism, homeowner’s insurance should be notified to evaluate the damage. Then Oros will write up an evaluation along with an estimate to replace your windows and doors.


  • Unintentional or Intentional misuse and abuse of the products are not covered by the Oros Warranty Confidence Program.
